@calicpa we can't say if this specific topic is commonly tested for disclosure purposes. I will speak broadly on my thoughts about the retail inventory valuation method, though. There are so many different forms of retail valuation, they are all so similar to each other, and I think they are relatively obscure to candidates (FAR was the first time I learned them or heard of them) that I highly doubt many retail questions would pass the pre-test phase. I would definitely learn a couple retail inventory calculations just in case. I personally learned conventional retail and cost retail.
