Trying to figure out if the Loophole works in New York (NASBA) everytime, thanks for your responses.

I've seen reports that it gave false failures in the last window, but haven't seen anything about that from this one. Good luck! What kind of message are you getting?

all over the place..last night i couldnt register, now i can and now it says all scores still in process. This is my last one. Thanks for your response i don't know what to think.

If it's your last one, the only for sure error message is the “I'm sorry, but our records show you've passed all parts of the exam” message. What exam are you waiting on?

I got that error message yesterday. It was pretty awesome.

It seems like NASBA might not have your FAR score yet. Have you called them to ask if they have your score?

come on new york, i've heard of false fails and other types of stuff..anyone with an actual experience with that? Mine right now is still in process but i wanted to know.

I dont know about New York if the loopole works.I have called Nasba 3 times since this morning and its the same representative everytime and he got mad at me. I am pissed!

First Step: We need to ask Rep. that s/he has our score. Second Step: If our section is grayed then it means that we passed otherwise “no”

This loop hole is working for NY and all other states.

The representatives say they don't have my score and the loophole says that “We are sorry” the exam parts are still in process. Do you now what that means?

If Rep. has no score then you should not try loophole.

From what I have seen over the past few releases, the loophole is not accurate for NY.

FAR- 70, 76 REG - 91 BEC - 80 AUD - 74, 85

GA - NASBA state
