Does anyone's brain get cloudy a week before the exam?

I am taking FAR in a week and have done a lot of studying, about 170 hours so far. I used becker and finished the material and did all the MCQ’s.

I am working on my final review and i just cant seem to focus, and anytime I do focus my head and thoughts feel really cloudy and I study but it feels like I’m not remembering anything.

Has anyone dealt with this before? I really feel like the material is getting to me and I am getting more worried I’m not going to be prepared and be able to pass.

Anyone have any suggestions on how to get myself out of this funk?

Just keep at it. During the last few days before FAR, I seriously considered not going in to test as I felt unprepared, especially on the sims. I decided to go ahead anyway since it was already paid for – I had nothing to lose. I passed with an 86.

Always except with AUD. My cpa review instructor told me you will never feel ready! you already put adequate hours into study. so just go for it and give it your best! good luck! 🙂

Yep, FAR was the only exam that made me feel that way. A week before the exam I got frustrated and stop practicing because the volume of material was too much. Thank God I went over each topic at least once so I know I was somewhat ready. That was my most difficult exam by FAR.
