I have received my NTS. They recommended me to schedule my exam within 5-7 days. Actually I have clear time plan for myself, but I dont want to really register the seat now? Could I later register the seat, because possibly I will take some parts in different place within 9 months. Any idea or suggestion from you? Thanks!

I don't know about every city, but in my city, I usually schedule about 4-6 weeks in advance so I have a lot of days/times to choose from. If a particular day is important to you, the earlier you need to schedule the exam. But really, you could probably find a seat within 1-2 weeks if you needed to.

It just depends on if seats fill up fast in your area. That's it. Just check the schedule regularly to see if they are filling up quickly.

I've noticed that people who schedule their exams, do a lot better studying.

I agree with CPA Someday. You always tend to study better when you have a date set! However, try not to be too unrealistic while setting the date else you will end up spending a lotttttt of money on rescheduling fees (just like I did!) 🙁

Also, its a good idea to check seat availability once in a while to make sure that the dates you're inclined towards haven't filled up!

    Good Luck Studying! 🙂
