How have some of you done testing your knowledge before starting to study? I took Gleim’s diagnostic test for FAR and I was kinda shocked how low I scored. Has anyone else scored low before studying and then been able to rebound as you continue along? Just sent me into a panic of oh wow, I don’t know anything, how will I ever pass this test 🙂

I only used Gleim for FAR but I scored really low on practice tests as I started each section. (Except for REG but I work in tax.). When I would start a section, I would get really frustrated and think that there was no way that I was going to learn the material. However after taking a couple thousand MCQs, I would find myself feeling comfortable and scoring well on practice tests. Just keep at it and you'll get it too. It just takes time and some effort.
