You guys/girls should all study instead of wasting your time “blogging”.

Blogs are for information…not entertainment. I want to pass the exam. I am testing to earn the credential to put myself in a situation where I can enjoy the things in life that make me happy…Accounting does not make me happy. Although I see that for some of you, accounting is your life. Nothing wrong with that, but no need to bash on other people because they do not want to do accounting forever.

If you are done with your tests and still write 200 word responses on these threads that do not provide information to pass sections, get a life. No one wants you commenting on other peoples failures….go to a strip club if you want attention…Let’s be hones…there is only so much satisfaction you can get from being “virtually cool”. BUT YOUR NOT.

Refer to the site for information, study to pass, and move on. Jeff has made a great site for all of us to work together to pass, not to talk trash or make fun of people for fun. I drink and partake in other extra curriculars (for all of your sheltered people that is the appropriate way to say I do drugs) for fun….not reconcile bank statements and draw up complex journal entries on investment acquisitions.

Jeff I am trying to refrain from being the “frat type” but I feel like mla1169 is one of those people who don't let you cut in a line of cars because you didnt see the lane was merging…or the 2nd grader in art class that tattled on someone for jumping in front of him/her to get closer to their crush on a trip to P.E.

Either way…its makes me wish this was a face to face conversation so that he (hopefully) would rethink egging me on.

What a constructive thread this is. I can see this helping many candidates pass their exam. Well done. If not, at least you've provided some of what I like to call “Ninja-fodder.”

I like to think that I generally have genuinely good advice to offer in this forum and I'll be the first to admit that there has been a time or two when I made commentary without really dishing out advice. I'm only human, after all. I get carried away in the drama/bickering from time to time.

I started this page because I couldn't post on the other one that got removed. I was extremely surprised at how many people joined in on making fun of that one guy who posted that controversial thread that a large percentage of people just sounded like his dad. I have a dad just like him. I just don't tell people that.

All of you who bashed that kid should be ashamed of yourselves. For all the times that you got made fun of growing up, you just got done dishing it out on that kid for his parents spoiling him and him never asking for any of it.

Ehhhh…tough to say. I think with the way that Texas fans will support him, he will settle in nicely. I think his first year will be rough. But as long as we establish a support system for him, he will be a great pitcher in the long run…not a catcher like mla1169. 😉

I dont think it was really bashing, the foul language for one was not necessary. I have seen a lot of post where someone else may attack the person for their excuses for failing an exam but honestly all the information he gave and his dad being a top exec, grades in school and elite friends he had just wasnt necessary.
