Hey All,

So in some spare time at the gym, in car rides, etc. I’ve been going over some MCQs on cpareviewforfree.com. Does anyone find these problems to be fairly simple? I’m just wondering if they are worth my time because some of them seem extremely easy on the concepts I have recently learned. I don’t have their test bank, I’ve just been going over the freebie exam Q’s on their website.

I once was told from a friend that he had questions in the exam exactly similar to them … i wish i could tell u from my experience … but i can not … i think i will download their app … for one of my next exams ! hopefully !

I was the opposite. I was bombing on those questions, particularly the REG questions.

In my opinion, you should stick to AICPA-licensed questions (Wiley Test Bank/Becker)…you have a finite amount of study time.

@Jeff I have Wiley Test bank at home on the comp, but when I'm plopped on the bike at the gym or in a car ride to the beach id rather be using my smartphone to answer a few MCQs here and there than taking my Wiley HW book. I just want to know if i'm wasting my time doing these. I feel like it's good to reinforce the concepts, but some are kind of too easy. I also look at the NINJA notes while i'm biking/in a car ride.

Gotcha – for “down time” you should consider the Wiley iPhone Test Bank app (doesn't have sims…just mcqs) or **upsell alert** the ninja audio 🙂

@surfer4life949, You are the first one I've seen who says the CPAreviewforfree questions are simple. I can't speak for FAR yet, but I did use them for AUD. Because the questions are harder, they were useful for truly testing my knowledge. When I got a 20 out of 20, I knew I was ready. To be clear, I used CPAreviewforfree only as a supplement (200+ questions) to the other questions I worked (1200+ Becker and 1100+ Wiley). I am about 2 weeks out from my REG exam and I am seeing the same benefit.

I stumbled upon this site and decided to run through some of the FAR questions. I felt that each question went into a tremendous amount of detail, and each had a hidden twist. I am using Becker to study at the moment, and I feel that the Becker questions better correlate to the AICPA questions released a few weeks ago.

Maybe i'm speaking too soon then. I've only done a few mcqs i'm down time, nothing substantial yet. Personally I think the hardest problems i've encountered so far have been in the Wiley hw book, some sections i'm not doing too well on (40-50%). I'll definitely be going through these questions again along with additional ones in the test bank
