I downloaded a countdown clock on my desktop that counts the days,hours, minutes and seconds to what should hopefully be my last section, the beast also known as FAR. Yes, I have saved the “best” for last. The countdown doesn’t freek me out, its my motivation so that everyday I know what I need to do in order to be best prepared to slay the beast when the clock reaches 00 Days and 00:00:00. Not thinking about failing just focusing on preparing. My advice to my fellow candidates is which ever method/software you use to prepare don’t lose focus.

We are in the same boat…I saved FAR for last! Wanted to get it out of the way like everyone else before the changes in 2011. How is your studying coming along? For me, I have a little bit of review left, then plan on working the Gleim software MCs and Sims starting this weekend until test day.

Your countdown clock sounds very motivating!

I actually had a different method that I utilized when planning for the ‘beast'. I took it in July so that if needed, I could sit again in 2010 before the changes went in for 2011. Fortunately, I didn't have to study all of that info again – I couldn't believe the volume of info on that one!!
