I just took FAR. I thought the second testlet got harder, but the third testlet was the EASIEST thing I have ever seen. Simple definitions and the whole deal. I prolly knew 3 out of the 7 sims. What are my chances I’m passing, cause I’m pretty sure its 0% :(.

A lot of us feel beaten down when we leave an exam, but I can never honestly judge how I did. Stay positive!

Think positive, Mike! Actually your experience sounds better than some of the others I've read on here…

Look at it this way: clearly you did well on the first testlet, since the second one got harder. If the third testlet was easy you should have done well on that one too. You said you knew 3/7 Sims… that's a lot more than others on here report. Consider that a good number of the questions throughout the exam are pretest (sims included!), and I think you have as good as shot as any at passing!

Just relax for a while, go to a movie to relax or go to the gym if you're anxious. Look forward to getting your score back, because I bet you got 80+ 😉

Idk. Right after the exam, I felt like I did HORRIBLE and also that I just wasted the past 2 months of my life. This was also my first cpa exam, so I'm not really too sure if there a curve or not.

I just got out of the FAR exam and feel the same way. I didn't even finish about 1.5 of this sims. However, I felt terrible after my REG exam as well, and pulled off an 81. So, anything is possible with a scoring curve…

Like others have said, there are many people on this forum that thought they failed FAR and passed, including me. Don't even try to gauge how you did b/c it's impossible to tell. You can miss a lot of questions and still pass.
