Does anyone knows or uses an ERP (cloud) capable of handling multiple installment invoices?

I have been using NetSuite at work for 2 years now and even though the system is good, it is not able to handle installment invoices. This is a strategy to sell to our customers in Latin America, and not having this functionality is starting to be a problem.

The situation is…..I sell to a customer a machine with a price of 30K, and the payment terms are 60/90/120. This means that the customer has to split the invoice amount in 3 payments, we will receive the first payment in 60 days. Currently, we have to send the customer a commercial invoice (for export/import), I cancel that invoice with a credit memo, and then generate 3 debit memos 30K/3 (payment terms)…..

Any help/advice?!?!?!
