I’ve heard they started testing more on Treasury Circular 230 for the Reg Exam. I am currently using Yaeger’s 2011 review which doesn’t seem to cover the topic.

Any ideas what to expect? (sorry, placed in FAR forum by mistake)

Good call. I used Yaeger for Reg and it didn't cover Circular 230 (nor had I heard of it). They seemed pretty basic, but I was like circular 230… WTF?

I just started studying for BEC using GLEIM and did not look at other sections. But Regarding Circular 230, if you don't know what it is, just go to http://www.irs.gov and search for that product. It's not that long nor that hard.
