So I went to a surprise birthday party for a friend last night. I was seated by a couple whom I had never met before. During the course of the evening, they started talking about their son who was moving to Nashville(as she was speaking) and was going to work for “the people who administer the CPA exam”. She said she couldn’t remember the name but it was a series of letters. I said AICPA. Nope. NASBA? “That’s it!!” I felt like Lucy in A Charlie Brown Christmas when Charlie Brown is seeking psychiatric help and when Lucy figures out what he is afraid of he shouts That’s It!!

So here I am a week before score release, A TOTAL NERVOUS WRECK and I am talking to someone who’s son is going to work for NASBA. Can’t escape it anywhere.

Had I not had to drive home, I would have consumed large quantities of alcohol.
