    Scores are going to be released in a few days…..everyone around here is at each other’s throats! 😀 Some of the threads lately have been a bit contentious….the things we let the CPA exam do to us! 😀

    I’d like to say “I love you all”! 😀

    I wish I were 75% done…..

    The thought that I could be 50% done a month from now is nauseating. The thought that I could be 0% done is even worse. Come one Auditing…papa needs you to land on his side of the fence.

    If I end this process with a job, a single non-grey hair, a wife left, kids who actually will talk to me, and a cpa license, It'll be a MIRACLE! I am a complete JERK.

    No kidding. The stress of this whole process can't be good for our health.

    I'm taking my last exam (hopefully) at the end of the month. I plan to do a three week diet plan with no caffiene and a liver cleanse drink just to rid myself of all the crap. I need some sort of “reset” button. Besides, if I pass I want to take a cruise or something to celebrate and I need to drop the 10 pounds the CPA exam has given me… 😉

    FAR - 79 (2x)
    AUD - 81 (expired), 77!
    REG - 74! omg (3x) 87!!!!!!! I'm done! OMG!
    BEC - 81 (4x)

    Just wanted to add a little something of my actual “environment”…

    I went to my son's daycare this morning, and he was in tears because he didn't want to stay, we went to the dentist at 9;00, so we spent half of the morning together………The teacher told me: “Marcos has been crying for every little thing lately” I immediately associated his attitude with the CPA studying routine at home. I just “disappear” every Saturday and Sunday for at least half day, and I am unavailable after 7:30pm on weekdays. OMG I have been feeling so guilty the whole day. Btw, he is only 2 ;(

    I am very happy for those of you who our going thru this process early in life, with no “major” responsibilities………I want to cry!!! LOL

    @Marivy – Just wondering, when does your son usually go to bed? I was in a similar position in that I was working full time and have a wife, a baby, and a 2 yr old. I wouldnt study at all while the kids were awake. I'm not sure the kids ever knew I was studying. lol. That being said, a solid bedtime routine and reasonable bedtime is key. When my son was 2, we would put him down for the night no later than 7pm. He would sleep straight through to about 6:30 or 7am. Even if you weren't studying for the exam, separation anxiety is totally normal at different stages of childhood.

    @Minority

    That might be part of the issue. I was putting him to bed at 8pm, I am leaving now the responsibility on my husband and……I can tell you that he is not going to his bed until 9pm or later. I think I will have to have the “talk”…
