Can I take a test twice using the same NTS?

    I recently failed FAR and want to retake in the second testing window of my NTS, but when I go to schedule at prometric it says my NTS # is not found. Can I not schedule using the same NTS? I figured since the NTS is good for 6 months, that I would have the opportunity to take the test twice. Could it be that I have to wait until January to schedule? (I failed in Nov).

    Thanks for your help…just stumbled on to this site and I’m learning a ton!

    No, you can't. You already used it.

    You have to pay again and get a new NTS.

    Hi meschaefer

    Your NTS is like coupon one time use and you have to use during those six months.
