    To my fellow californians:

When does the CBA usually update the website with scores?

Is it always overnight (at 5:30am-ish) or could it be the same day, when the scores are received in the middle of the day?

    AUD - 8/10/10 - 88
    BEC - 8/31/10 - 88

Yea the camarillo testing center is really great… It's about 20-30 min from my house. Check out the camarillo outlets afterwards if you like to shop. 😉 Nice treat after taking your test, but usually I'm too stressed after and want to go home and veg in front of the TV.

    whonis2002,

    Do not complain!

On Tuesday I have to drive from West LA to…..San Diego to take my test! Exam time 4:30pm.

I'm still new to LA…is there a time these freaking freeways are not jam-packed?

Sometimes I feel like picking up strangers in my car just to go on the HOV lane on the 405…..

calisteph6 I usually go out there to shop. My wife and son go crazy when their out there. I just hate the traffic on the 101 coming back home. I tried the camarillo site but could not get a date the suited my study schedule. I guess I will do camarillo when I sit for REG and BEC in october and November respectively.

lol italianCPA thats one thing I hate about LA…the traffic never had that problem when I lived in Orlando FL

yeah dont complain about driving, i live 2.5 hours from the closest testing center haha.

yeah glendale is very nice (prob nicest so far) but personally, im scared of tall buildings. i dunno make of fun me but as soon as i got there i was like hell no. maybe thats why i failed far the first time LOL. oh about culver city the bathrooms are like 2 blocks away! no way jose! i would love to try other test centers but camrillo was only available 8/31 at the time i scheduled (that wasnt 8am since i have the drive).

steph- hell yeah i went to the outlets afterwards except im broke. no job = no money & ventura/santa barbara are def very nice towns. went to a concert actually few wks ago, felt good drivin towards that direction and not take a test.

    CAcpahopeful2010:

2.5 hours doesn't say much. It could be like 10 miles in LA in rush-hour traffic.

Where in central CA? My mom is near Bako and I know there is no test site near there…either fresno or down here…bummer for people out there.

Anyway be careful with your test in SD because traffic going to and from SD is notriously BAD at all times so leave super early. And LA traffic is always bad. I've gotten in traffic james at 11pm-1am more times than I can remember.

Yeah, I was thinking about leaving right after rush-hour and be there by noon and maybe spending 3-4 hours at a starbucks doing some review before the test.

I know, traffic to San Diego sucks, people always say it's a couple of hours, but really it took 2 hours only once late at night and I was kinda speeding….

I don't think traffic going to SD is too bad…much better than actual LA or bay area traffic. BTW, congrats Itallian, nice score. You should ride the amtrak down there. Study the whole time on it, and then get drunk as hell on the way back haha.

anyone in the oc area? =)

i'm waiting on my REG score and it's KILLING ME. if the aicpa releases scores tomorrow (or if they released it today but nasba didn't tweet about it), when will the cba post scores?

i had a dream that i had a dream that i checked and saw a big bold 79 and that i woke up from my dream and checked and actually got a 73…and then i woke up for real.

i'm going to need a drink regardless of whether i pass or not!

If AICPA released them today, you may be able to see it tomorrow morning after 5:30am, as long as NASBA sent them to the CBA.

Maybe NASBA is so backed up that didn't tweet about the REG scores in order not to be bombarded by callers? Just a guess, but it would make a lot of sense.

I doubt they would send scores to independent states, but check tomorrow morning, just in case… good luck!
