Hi guys this my fist post here

I have approved to sit for the CPA exam in CA, and I will sit for FAR and BEC in august 2010.

my problem is now I want to select the other two exams so I can sit for them in the next window.

So I have created the ($100 Fee for First-time Applicants) instead of the ($50 Fee for Repeat Applicants ) is this okay?? and is it going to affect my current application.

All I want to do is to pay for the other two exams that I didn’t pay for.

I’m very concern

Yeah, I just checked my grades and they are up too so I sent my order request in.

My Birthday is Late September, I just got off the phone with the board of accountancy and it sounds like I should be licensed around my bday as well. it sounds like its a total of 12 weeks processing which kind of sucks. Hopefully it will be a lot sooner than that.

I just checked the order status, it says mine is completed, at 1058 am. So assuming it's already been sent out.

Apparently I can't post in this thread anymore LOL…here goes the second try:

What a cluster ….I reordered my transcript and within 1 minute I got a notification that my order was completed and I now see that my credit card was charged.

I canceled my initial order….I had a hold placed on it and removed the hold this morning but I never got the “completed” status for some reason..

So it's been six and half weeks and my status still is stuck as ‘remittance payment has been received by the board.’ Now I am getting paranoid that I missed something on the application or my school transcripts never got there. I called the phone number on the site a few times but get a standard answering machine and never leave a message. Any idea on how much longer I should wait before trying to contact the Board?

I took the ethics class online through Santa Monica College. It was the same instructor as UCLA extension and a lot cheaper.

Sometimes, I just wonder if it's meant to be for me to become a CPA since CBA takes a lifetime for simple shit, such as CONFIRMING whether they received my transcript.

I mailed it out on 7th and I emailed to see whether they received and asked for an update. They said they never received it and I left a message a Foothill to reconfirm. I emailed CBA my confirmation email, they're like, we understand that you think we haven't received it. It's barely been a week, give us 3 MORE weeks for us to ENTER and review your transcript…

I wish there was SOME way to write review of them and inform the CA legislation HOW BADLY their dept needs people, bc this is a joke.
