    Hi guys this my fist post here

    I have approved to sit for the CPA exam in CA, and I will sit for FAR and BEC in august 2010.

    my problem is now I want to select the other two exams so I can sit for them in the next window.

    So I have created the ($100 Fee for First-time Applicants) instead of the ($50 Fee for Repeat Applicants ) is this okay?? and is it going to affect my current application.

    All I want to do is to pay for the other two exams that I didn’t pay for.

    I’m very concern

    Please reply me as soon as possible.

    @Le, I don't think mine is cashed yet. The cashier may collect the cashes, then cash them together, not sure. I called them, that's the fastest way to know. They told me the license number will be posted online later.

    My check hasn't been cashed either? So do I keep checking online?

    @M123 – Hey, not sure if anyone answered your question. The $250 is the application fee, that fee is valid for a year while you complete all the requirements for licensure. The $60/$120 is the actual licensing fee, you pay that once you fulfill all the requirements for the license.

    Anyone know if they are still super behind in processing re-applications? I need a NTS for a 9/10 exam date. They received my re-application and cashed my check on 8/3.

    Similar story here – sent app 8/10. Check cashed as of 8/30. At least proof of life now.

    Hoping for an early “Christmas” present 🙂

    OK so my license says it expires in 6 months. Do we only have to do 20 hours worth of CE the first year or do I really have to do a full 40 hours in the next 6 months?

    I'm finally licensed!! I checked the website today and found out my number was issued September 21st. I swear I'd been checking every day, twice a day for at least 2 weeks.

    @NeedsA75
    I'm wondering the same thing regarding CE. I'm thinking it would make sense that we'd only have to do 20 hours. I hope that's the case!
