Hey all,
I want to register to sit for the CPA exam with Maine’s exam requirements.
A little bit about myself. I hold a Non-Accounting (or business) bachelors degree. I completed a 3 credit course “Principles of Microeconomics” course during my undergrad. According to Maine’s requirements, to sit the exam, I must have completed basic courses in accounting and auditing. That is defined as 15 semester hours in accounting, auditing and ethics to include at least 3 semester hours in accounting and 3 semester hours in auditing.
I did a 3 credit micro-econ course, is this counted as anything at all? Also, I seem to have difficulties trying to find auditing and business ethics classes online. Can anyone recommend me anything?
thanks
