Hi everyone,
During my study in the CPA materials, I noted that many topics and examples in the Ninja and Becker materials contain examples related to Bonds. Is that a common financial instrument by companies in the USA (I mean, regularly used by the companies instead debentures or bank loans)? I have this doubt because in my country is not usually used by the companies, just some public companies.
