Any tips for the written portion?

My only advice would be not to underestimate the written portion. BEC was my last part to take, and knowing that my writing was never very strong, I really wanted to make sure I did well on the MQs. I started reading the assignments of the written portion when I had about 42 minutes available. The first and the second tasks took me about 20 and 14 minutes, and I only had about 8 minutes available for the third. My memos were fairly easy, but also requiring some details and I was kicking myself for not sticking to my original time management plan (I was hoping for the 60 minutes). Needless to say, for the third memo I was barely able to assure that I had an intro, body, and a conclusion, before running out of time. You may want to remember that some of your valuable time will be consumed by reading the writing assignment questions also. Overall, I have to say that the timing was the biggest issue for me.
