What type of information does the test concentrate on from the IT chapter? Is it mostly like segregation of duties and the roles of different titles

Sorry baseball, but you have to know everything in the IT chapter. There's a lot of random vocabulary, and Yaeger says internal control is important.

    REG 79 (Becker); BEC 63 (Becker) 70 (Yaeger); AUD 66 (Becker; 11/30 - Becker); FAR 11/24 (Yaeger/Wiley)

I agree. IT is all over the place… know/be familiar with it all!

Know the different IT roles in organizations and understand the types of IT systems.

I was really impressed with Becker's BEC technical addendum. While far more technical than necessary for the exam, its a fantastic resource for IT knowledge and terminology.

My highlights on important topics in IT:

    Job Roles (as mentioned above)

    disaster recovery

    LAN vs WAN

Private network (VAN) vs Public network

There will be questions from all over the place, but the above are the four main areas that the bulk of questions seemed to come from.
