bargain purchase def. in the FASB codification

    For those of you that have access to the FASB codification, where is reference num for the definition to bargain purchase in reference to business combination? and if possible please include what it states… for some reason I have been unable to find this on my FASB codification included in my Becker material

    Business combination is under Broad Transactions, ASC topic 805, or you can try Industry; ASC topic 900 in alphabetic specific.
