Since this is my 7th year in public accounting, I’m really interested to know within what timeframes people have been promoted from staff, to senior, to supervision, to manager, etc, etc .
I know firms do things differently, but I’m really interested in this topic…..and SOME of us out there might be able to use this information (without refunding its source, of course) come next round of promotions/raises!
