    Hi all,

Are employee loans included on the AR aging?

    Thanks!

I do not think it would be included in that because AR is typically reserved for payments on account from customers. Employee Loans should be an other current asset, not AR. If you put it in AR then all your AR ratios would be incorrect.

    REG- 81
    BEC- 72,76
    AUD- 67,88
    FAR- 78

    Done!

Depends, I would say in a perfect world the response above would be correct but practically speaking it may not be the most cost effective. Ratio wise, unless your company is in the business of doing significant loans to EE's the impact on your ratios would be immaterial.

It's separated from customer A/R for disclosure, internal control and tax purposes.

    Couldn't pass again!
