I need 22 extra credits to complete the 150 hrs and get certified in MA. Did anyone took online classes for such purposes, if so where? I wrote to the Board and asked about UCLA online, but they have not answered me.

Call them. They should be able to tell you over the phone if the UCLA online classes will be acceptable (although since it's an accredited school I don't know why they wouldn't). Out of curiosity, if you live in MA why do you want to take online classes at UCLA? Wouldn't it be less expensive to do them at UMass (my alma mater!) or another state school and get the in-state tuition?
