I’m new to this forum. I been wanting to take the CPA exam for a couple of years now, but got distracted every time I start. So registered for the Becker course so that I will be more focused. My FAR class starts this week and I really want to take the test in Apr/May window. I have already started reading F1 and F2, but I tend to just skim through the material really quick and not being thorough with any of the topics. I tend to do this because I am trying to finish 1 module/week, but am getting very little time to study (maybe 10 hours a week). I am really worried that my studying habit is not going to work out and I might not be able to take or pass the test any time soon.

Any suggestions on what I can try differently?

P.S. – I haven’t taken any of the other sections yet

easy; just read everything and work all the problems/material; take your time and do not try to become a guru at everything but give it all a shot and work those problems and read the solutions to gain a better knowledge of what you missed; take mock tests to drill yourself as well; do not just study
