Practice Tests and MCQs…..that what I'm doing. Anybody else suggestions??

Started sitting in May 2002, on and off. But since 2008 I've been nonstop and my scores are....
AUD - 39, 48, 56, 65, 68, 73, 76!!! (Finally passed in Oct 2011!!!) Becker, NINJA, & Wiley

I'm still reading the ninja notes and flashcards too. I'm also going through the sims since I haven't done those yet.

Here is my strategy over the next few days:

Read 3 chapters of flashcards every day

Read Ninja notes daily

Do 180 m/c daily

Work sims until I have completed them all one time.

I'm also planning on going back through Becker book and re-reading the tables at the end of the chapters with the IFRS differences.

wooohoooooooo just got 75.5% on a wiley practice test 🙂

first time I've cracked 75% going through them, they are hard as heck. Also, there were 3 questions I changed last second to wrong answers 🙁

1. Watch your time on the exam — have a plan on when you'll be done with each MCQ testlet.

2. Use the research tab for ALL the SIMS. that saved my tail on the SIMS.

I would suggest that you make sure you know very basic material as well. There were a LOT of easy, easy one liner questions in my first testlet – easy to the point that I was shocked. I would have kicked myself if I did not take one last look through the book to get those super easy ones right. I'm talking easy like: What does Not For Profit use? GASB or FASB (not one of my questions, but that is the simplicity of some of these).
