Any good material out there to learn Partnership Accounting?

    CPAExcel has pretty much skipped the entire section.

    Its parent – Wiley – has many Parternship Accounting questions for FAR, but the explanations are not very helpful.

    I keep getting confused.

    Can someone explain Parternship Accounting or provide any good reference materials on-line – e.g., Bonus vs. Goodwill, Capital allocation, sharing of profits…

    Is it heavily tested on the exam? I don’t remember from round 1….
