    as if having to repay $50 each time to mail them the same application over and over wasn’t bad enough, now I have to pay $70 for a fingerprint, $150 for an ethics exam, and $250 to send them my initial license application. That’s almost $500 for extremely trivial crap that should cost no more than $30 total.

    I’m already several thousand dollars deep into this whole process, why am I still being price gouged? Takes me back to college when a textbook cost $300 which they forced you to buy for homework purposes and you never used.
