Since it’s pretty much late, and my brain does not function that well… I am thinking to do the following: Sit for the AUD exam in the beginning of January 2011, (please consider 🙂 I am 40 days into AUD really studying since 5 yrs ago)….and instead of going nuts 8 weeks waiting for the score… I should keep on studying for AUD and sit for it again in 7 weeks just to make sure I did not waste my time entirely. And which score is going to count (let’s say the 1st one is a 75, the second …as an example is 70 :))- do you know which one counts? Please advise. :))

I don't think they let you retake it until your score has been released, so I'm not sure that plan would work 🙁

    FAR-91 (7/29)
    AUD-99 (8/23)
    BEC-90 (10/1)
    REG-99 (11/3)

Florida_Candidate is correct. They will not let you take the test without getting your score first. You can't even register for a NTS until scores are released.

And one more question please….I am planning the day (or maybe 3 days) after the aud exam to start studying again FOR AUD exam because I don't want to keep thinking 2 months if I passed or not. I just cannot focus (:)))). Now let's say I get the result and it's a passing grade. Still, can I sign up again for aud even though it's a passing grade?? I need so much this cpa exam….. i just cannot allow myself to have this life anymore. (my life is messed up right now- I am doing ST loan mods for 2nd mortgages, I am thinking to let my house go….it's too overpriced and in a bad location, -even though I want to keep it, my daugther wants to go back to NY- I am in Ohio right now…and maybe slap myself with a ch 7 bk – how awful is that?). But, thanks God I have a job….but it's bad anyway….

So, even though I pass aud, can i still re-take it? Because I want to give myself time to the other sections. please help :))

judging by the Nasba's ohio loophole incidentally the state where you reside, it will not let you re-register for an exam that you passed (possibly for the duration of the 18 month window). my suggestion is to call 1800-cpa-exam to confirm whether you can or cannot.

i hope things turn around for you.

good luck with the cpa exams.

    DONE!

Thank you FARSUX! And thank you all as well….I am sitting for NY State :)), and i am sure that the economy is going to turn around, and it's going to be better! Until then, I enjoy the CPA books, mostly because I miss my accounting career. :))
