15 Days until FAR

    Hi Everyone –

    I have 15 days remaining until I take FAR for the second time. I took it back in October 2012 and made a 69% – my current average score on ninja MCQ is 55%. I haven’t done many Sims (3 to be exact).

    Any advice on how I should start pulling the sims into my studying or if I should just focus on MCQ at this point?

    Also – would you be in a panic at this point? I’ve heard plenty of stories of people having a 55 average and passing the exam, but I’m starting to panic!

    You have 3 weeks. I found in the last week it usually all comes together. No need to panic.

    FAR: 63, 55, 62
    REG: 65, 77*
    AUD: Fail, 64, 71
    BEC: 72, 74, 81

    I am in the same boat I have 19 days until my exam and i am only at 59% for my average and 64% for my trending with no SIMS even looked at.

    FAR - Passed 4/2016
    AUD - Passed 11/2015
    REG - ?
    BEC - 05/28/2016

    Any suggestions on how to get started on the SIMs / how much emphasis to put on them?

    My personal advice is to practice a few Sims. If you have Becker, their FAR sims are pretty solid. Especially practice a few Research Questions there just to get a feel for how the Authoritative Literature is setup. The AL is a bit clunky in NINJA though in my opinion. I have yet to answer one for REG correctly despite finding the exact passage that they want simply because the layout isn't the best. It's my only real complaint against NINJA.

    Thanks, Angel – I do not have Becker anymore (mine expired) – I may just go back over some of my older becker FAR sims and then do some of the NINJa ones also.
