    “all” is a bit of an exaggeration… CPA excel says i’m 17% through at this point. testing saturday 11/26 at 1pm. wish me luck!

    @75 there my haters at!!!

    for the sake of your/others sanity, i won't post the CPA excel screnshot that shows 55 hours of studying time and 70% of multiple choice questions not even attempted.

    realistically, the main reason this happened was excellent instructors in accounting classes at school… didn't have to spend much time relearning deprecation/pension/lease etc… so i could spend the bit of time i had on new things (govt, nonprofit, etc). and getting lucky on test day.

    Ok, maybe it's possible for someone straight out of a good accounting program…I'm not even an accounting major.

    @75 that makes a huge difference… doing this without a fairly in-depth accounting academic background would make it 100x harder.

    Wow…congratulations! I use CPA excel too…and I thought I was cutting things short studying for just two months for FAR. You give me hope:)!

    And I will totally agree with your theory that cramming really works!
