Also an 84 on FAR. I cruised through the MCQs. The SIMS were miserably tedious. Nothing technically difficult, but a suffocating amount of information.

Oh my far story is a good one

I’ve been studying for two years since I graduated college in may 2017- i took reg and far after studying full time in the summer , before my big time auditing job at EY. Failed them
Both. Retook far before busy season- received my score on my eye surgery day- second fail again. There I was three tests in and nothing to show for in my first busy season. I did what most recommend against- I pivoted to BEC. Passed first try. Then moved to audit . Three times. Three times I had to take audit – as an auditor . Also- found out a failing score the day of my second eye surgery ( for the other eye) . You’d think I’d try not to plan these things around eye surgery dates.

I just came back to far and I recently got a 74 in June. I was heartbroken and exhausted and hated my job as well. Flash forward to know- I quit my stressful life sucking big 4 job
And now work somewhere awesome that makes
Me happy- and I re took far and finally got a 78. Praise the lord. I’m onto my last test. Don’t. Give . Up .

Back in the study saddle today 🙂 . Listened to a few more chapters of audio and plan to do notes tonight after Bible class. I may even do some mcq's since I have completed 4 chapters already. Keep studying hard gang.

Finally passed FAR with an 81. Three attempts and $600 later.
I was extremely lucky with the Sims I got on this one but didn't want to get my hopes up too much.

I passed FAR! Can’t believe it. So so happy! For those of us that passed, congratulations! For those of us that still trying, keep going! Don’t give up!

I am still shocked that I passed FAR with an 84! I still got 2 more to go, BEC first and last REG. I honestly thought I did bad after I left the test center because it was so overwhelming. I didn't feel like I did my best with the MCQs (time was pressuring me) but I did feel the SIMs were relatively easier than the MCQs. I am studying with Roger and so far so good. 2 out of 2.

Congrats to everyone that passed and for those that did not, DO NOT GIVE UP. Keep trying, be persistent!

Just got my FAR score. Passed with an 80…4th time is a charm!!!! It's just really difficult to find consistent time to study when you're working 80+ hours a week but I DID IT!!!!!! Three down and one more to go. WOOHOO!!!!
