In my FAR exam i saw 2 research questions is that good or bad? and how could they put 2 research just like this?!

Would absolutely love to get two research questions!!! Don't you guys practice them enough while reviewing? this is just puzzling of how folks can complain about this.

I got two research questions on my exam today too. Having two questions made me feel like I failed. Especially since people say your test gets progressively harder when you're doing good.

the simulations are independent of the performance you did on the MC.

Also, AICPA isnt clear as whether 1 of the research questions is a pretest question.

therefore it could be that both is counted, 1 is counted, or none is counted(highly unlikely)

@Kls238 only the MCQs get progressively harder on each testlet. SIMs difficulty is not based on your performance on MCQs. This directly came from AICPA. I was doing research on question difficulty and came across an article that was published.

But two of the 6 SIMS definitely are pre-test, right? So if you get only 1 research SIM it is likely that two of the computations ones are pre-test, yes? I would much rather have only 1 research questions and then get a free pass on two of computational problems.
