Got a 73 last time and I thought I did well. This time was a killer. I thought I was way more prepared and it knocked the crap out of me. The whole thing was just plain hard. The SIMs didn’t even seem familiar. Maybe it wasn’t FAR, maybe it was a real estate exam for another state. IDK
