Q1 2018 FAR changes – Did anyone feel the updated changes when taking the exam?

    Hi, would love yo hear from those that have taken FAR in Q1 already, and if they felt the new material changes and updates (revenue recognition/pension SC/ Equity securities), on the exam?

    Aside from revenue recognition standards, I thought the changes are minimal-haven't taken the test quite yet (2nd time) but don't think it's going to make it or break it….

    Took in Q1. Did not see a big change, maybe one or two MCQ.

    Couple of rev rec MC, nothing other than that. Honestly, as much as my firm has been drilling the new standards, it was refreshing to get a couple easy points. Wish I had gotten more.
