PV on FAR

    I was just wondering if they usually provide you with the present value amount on the exam or do we need to know how to calculate them? I am working through the Wiley Test Bank and I just got a question where the pv was not given but needed to solve. This was the first one that I have noticed like this. Anyone have a clue???

    But, to answer your question: no, you won't need to know the formula.

    Without breaching the confidentiality aspect of the examination, I'll just say that the PV questions are EASY.

    I didn't have to calculate PV, they gave me several options to choose from on my questions

    FAR 10/18/14... 82
    REG 11/18/14... 87
    AUD 01/06/15... 71 Grrr 5/06/2015 ... 73 Doh 7/13/15 ... 69 Ack 11/18/15 ... 86!!!
