Does anybody have any idea about a relationship between the two? I’m scoring about a 73 – 80 on all my progress reports and I can’t seem to break 80 no matter what. My exam is in 2 days and I’ve resigned myself to just review my notes that I’ve taken from my progress exams over and over again.

I would just pound MCQ's in study mode to keep learning instantly. I mean what good does it do if you are getting 75? You arn't going to reschedule your test.
