I just got done taking the FAR with my 2011 materials and it didn’t go well at all. I used Kaplan and Wiley. I am buying either Becker or CPAexcel and getting theses tests done after the tax season. My boss(partner) told me you have to get to that point where you will never fail again and I am at that point.!!

Can i use 2012 video lectures with 2015 Becker book ? or i have to buy the newest version of video lectures as well ?

I would not waste time with old materials. You'll just be confused. Lots of contradictions.
