Going into the exam I felt pretty good. I used Roger, Ninja MCQ, and Ninja note to prepare. I couldn’t really measure the level of difficulty between testlets, I guess because I was so focused. I did notice an increase in computational problems though. When you guys refer to testlets as ‘difficult’…what exactly is making them difficult? Is it just the exam hitting on weak areas?
I felt pretty good about the MCQs, but the SIMs were very lengthy. Leaving the exam I was not as confident about the SIMs. I ran out of time, but made sure to at least have an answer in all requested cells. During my drive home I began to worry about the MCQs, and hoping I did as good as I felt. Especially since I couldn’t go back and recall the level of difficulty. From what I recalled I could identify a couple EASY questions I missed, and I am still beating myself over these…but I am hoping that I performed well enough to pass. I’ve been beating myself up all weekend! Have to keep a hold of faith for that 75 or above!
9/20 cannot get here any faster. Waiting for the score is as bad as preparing for the exam.
P.S. If it is probable and estimable that you will require a bathroom break at some point during the second testlet…make sure you take the break after the first testlet! I was dancing around in my chair with 5 questions to go during my second testlet.FAR: 9/3
