I need advice on what to do and feel like i need to make a decision sooner rather than later and need the opinion of others on my situation

I found out I failed FAR with a 73 after getting a 66 in May.

I work part-time three days a week and usually study for the cpa exam the other two days and on weekends. I am studying for a retake for Audit on Sept 4th and would plan to take FAR in late October in the event that I needed to retake Audit again in Dec I would be able to, but I would be balancing Audit with starting my full time job.

My problem is that I am starting full-time on November 11 and I am getting stressed out because I passed BEC and REG, but my BEC expires on Dec 2019. Although, i would be ok retaking it, it would be great to pass this year. I was thinking about asking my employer to go down to 2 days a week instead of 3 or quit in early October, but I do not want it to reflect poorly on me and not sure if it is a rash decision, but the CPA exam is so important to me and i want to put in the time while I have it .

That sounds like a good plan to me, I am not sure how your studying is going time wise but I would advise taking FAR on or before October 20 so you can get your score back on November 5th, that way if you have to retake Audit you have plenty of time. As far as studying after failing with a 73, you really do have to act as though you're looking at the material fresh, especially after being in audit brain for awhile! Also, how efficient is your studying? I definitely deleted all social media and stopped going out and spending time with friends in order to pass. You may have done this, I just thought I would recommend. The CPA is a priority but so is work, and worst comes to worst you can always retake BEC but a good reputation at your firm is harder to rebuild. I'm not sure about your relationship with your firm/partners and they might be really understanding so that is sort of a personal judgement call regarding switching your schedule. I'm really sorry to hear about the 73, that is so defeating but you've got this and I believe in you!
