I don’t know what took me so long. I have been listening to the audio. But this weekend (power weekend revival!!) I am determined to get over my loathing of these videos. As an aide, I pulled out the Ninja notes to hopefully help guide me along. And it is ridiculous.

Looking at the notes as I suffer through the video has made the hours fly by. Everything makes so much more sense. From AMT to S Corps.

I can’t praise these notes enough. And especially how much they helped me get through the lectures.

Can I get an Amen!?

Just starting Business Law, and I’m sure it will only get better.

NINJA NOTES and NINJA AUDIO ===> 91 on REG first attempt. I listened to the audio every morning driving to work and the combo of notes and audio really hammered the key points home.

It's been over a month and I could still recite parts of NINJA (1231 Gain, Long Term Capital Gain… 🙂 Crammed into my memory). Great material and I recommend it to all.

Spent quality time with my NINJA notes this weekend. They look like they have gone through war. Spilled coffee on them and a smoothie a few weeks back. Every-time I read through them or re-write a section I feel like I pick up something I was not sure of before. 🙂

Should I buy the NINJA Notes?

I am studying for REG, first section first attempt. I am planning to sit on 7/1, first day of next window. I am using CPAExcel, which seems to be great. I took my first full timed simulation exam and got a 65.

I believe my weakness is keeping all this crap to memorize in REG straight in my mind. I have some pages of scribbled notes, but I think getting some organized clean notes would be incredibly helpful.

In school, I would study and then take some notes of the critical concepts and review those obsessively. So because of that I figure studying/re-writing the ninja notes as others have suggested would be helpful. Any thoughts similar to this?

Oh I thought I would add…I purged my house of anything and everything CPA exam (it is all in my garage) but I kept the NINJA notes in my office. I only have them for REG but I think they will be a great quick reference tool to jog my memory should I need it. That should speak to the quality!

hey guys , jumping into the convo ….I purchased the ninja 10 point combo and I also have the Becker book (only)

I need advise on how to study with these tools …is there a specific process? I have so much study material but I don't know how to apply …need to get serious , I plan on testing in mid july

please help !!!!

Not a pro NINJA by any stretch, but I did acquire the Ninja Notes and Audio for REG as this is the one exam that really scares me. So what I did was plow through Becker a couple times. I am now merely using the notes and audio to supplement the meat of the material. The audio is right up my alley. I don't use the notes all that much because, to be frank, I am sick of reading. I even listen to the audio while I work out (no – I don't get that amped up by tax and law, but I try to use the time to my advantage). There are so many details in Becker (which, by the way, is a great review course), and the NINJA supplements only serve to bring home the essential points.

Just use the materials to your advantage and you'll do fine. Again, I cannot stress how convenient the NINJA audio is. Great tool and very easy to listen to without a lot of heavy stuff.

Kctiger – thank you for your response…I downloaded all the audio over to my phone …hoping I will use while working out haha but I agree what a high tax and law gives ! So did you read Becker chapter then studied notes and audio and continues to the next section ? How did you incorporate the wiley test bank?

I actually listened to the audio while at the gym or out walking my dogs quite frequently. I can say it does not give you that much of a “high” but youll feel really accomplished when you listen to all of the Individual Tax audio while working out! 🙂
