Well, I have two weeks exactly until FAR (8/31). If I buy the ninja notes now is it worth it just for the last two weeks reviewing? Or should I just use my own notes that appear to be more exhaustive, which may not be a positive?

    FAR - 81 (8/31/12)
    AUD - 93 (10/19/12)
    BEC - 79 (11/27/12)
    REG - 92 (2/8/13) DONE! All 1st attempt!

They are especially helpful as a “cram” before your exam.

Jeff- thanks for the unbiased opinion. 🙂 J/K The link convinced me though, and I have printed out the free sample so I know they are valuable and I like them; I just wanted to make sure I wasn't too late for them to help. I was curious about the Aug. BOGO free thing. Is it buy one section of notes get another free, or buy one section of flashcards or notes, and get that section of notes/flashcards free?

The notes are worth every penny. Today I read all, and its awesome. Jeff took the notes for us, just read and write, its a good refresh. I am two weeks out and I swear by Jeff's notes and audio, especially the audio. Cheap and good. Porobably adds 5 – 10 points, I will take even 2 points if it means passing.

I ONLY use the notes as part of my final review. They're also the only thing I look at the morning of the exam.

So here's my plan of attack…does it sound like I'm doing enough?

    Using Becker:

    * Listened to all the lectures – Done

    * Download and print NINJA notes – Contemplating

    * Study notes, make additional notes where I may have done so in the Becker material – Dependent on step 2

    * Complement with NINJA audio – Going to happen, just hasn't happened yet!

    * During/after studying, crush as many multiple choice as possible – Going to happen

Test is on 8/27 (BEC)…does this “seem” like enough?

My usual strategy is a blend of old school and new school…I started AUD by listening to lecture and then doing problems, but at some point in the middle decided just to listen to lectures, then go back and do all the problems (after reading the chapter again, of course).

AAStoCPA – the NINJA Notes as a review and audio while you commute/exercise is good, but be sure to be pounding non-stop MCQs from now until your exam.

I really can't understate the importance of MCQs.
