    Anyone else experiencing problems accessing Wiley’s website this morning? I logged onto my account and keep getting a message saying it can’t fetch my products.

    Yes, I'm having the same problem. Tried calling the help desk and it is busy.

    Very frustrating, they need to update their website. Problems have been occurring too often lately.

    Glad to know it isn't just my computer.

    I’m having the same issue. I’m only subscribed to the test bank and have other materials I can look at but this is ridiculous. Not acceptable, especially on a holiday weekend. They need to get their act together.

    I tried calling and live chatting them too. I couldn't get an answer either way. Very frustrating to get up early on a Saturday morning to study only to experience software problems.

    I'm trying to chat support. I started the chat session at 10:36 and was told my estimated wait time is 9 minutes and 45 seconds. It's now exactly an hour, and it says I still have 2 minutes of wait time.

    I got chat to work on the main wiley support site. They said they are aware, they are working on isolating the issue, and will send an email when it is back. He said sometimes takes up to 24 hours.

    It really is criminal. Some of us (like myself) have tests next week. Sure I have other study methods, but I have been working new questions in their test bank, so ….

    Let's hope it's much quicker than 24 hours.

    Website seems to be back up and running.

    Side question, does anyone have a problem with TBS questions and answering ‘0'? On my computer when I enter ‘0' the cell locks up and says ‘No Entry' and then I automatically get the question wrong. I've asked their support team but no response.

    I have yet to get their sims to work correctly @areitano – Unfortunately a lot of such errors. Last I was in them they were grading them before I submitted and showing all the answers. I guess just try to read the answers and use it as a learning tool rather than something that you answer and expect to have it grade correctly.

    And thank goodness it is back. Let's see if it registered what I did before it crashed this AM.

    I've been talking to support all weekend about the issue with answering 0. I've answered all their questions and sent a ton of screenshots, but I still don't think it's fixed. It's not passing me on some of the tests because it's marking the 0 answers wrong. So frustrating!
