Wiley Testbank issue?

    Wiley Question –

    I was in the middle of my test, going onto my second simulation and all it says is “please wait…” It has been saying that for almost 5 minutes. I refreshed the page and clicked on resume test and it keeps saying the same thing. Is anyone else having this problem? Do you know how to fix it? My exam is tomorrow and I was trying to take this test tonight. Now I can’t even view the report from this because it’s in progress. This is so frustrating.

    Edit: I have now tried a windows and a mac computer, and 3 different web browsers with all the same thing. Tonight is not my night.

    I'm so sorry, Ashley. I have no idea why that message is showing…maybe Wiley's down?

    I am glad their technical support was open! I had to make sure all my stuff was up to date and clear out all my cookies/history and then it loaded! So relieved. I will get some rest after my test is over. Thank you!
