Hi Folks,

Im using the Wiley Test Bank Software but the becker book. I just finished going over chapter 1 and was about to start my MCQ in Wiley, but cant figure out which MCQ go with each chapter in becker. Anyone have this info available? Or can guide me in the right path?

FYI: Im studying for FAR!

Its going to be hard to align their topics. I did the whole Becker course and supplemented WTB after I finished. Basic concepts is going to be the most aligned with Chapter 1 of Becker but its also going to have a lot of stuff you haven't covered yet so don't get discouraged. Also Financial Reports would also be good to work with Chapter 1.

I'm doing the same. You can kind of match the title of the Wiley topic to the Becker topics within the chapters (look for Becker titles within the chapter).

Let me know if you agree with how I did this:

Chapter 1:

Accounting Changes, Financial Statements, Basic Concepts, Interim Reporting, Error Correction, Segement Reporting

Chapter 2:

Partnership Accounting, Foreign Currency translation

Chapter 3:

Business combinations and Consolidations

Chapter 4:

Fixed Assets, Monetary Current Assets and CL, Inventory

Chapter 5:

PV Debt Restructuring, PV Fundamentals, PV bonds, PV Leases

Chapter 6:

Deferred Taxes, PV Pensions

Chapter 7:

Investments, SCF, S/E

Chapter 8:

For some reason I dont have anything for this chapter

Chapter 9:

Govt Acg., Derrivative Instruments and Hedging Activities, Not-For-Profit Acg

This just leaves Personal Financial Statements without being categorized. I basically printed all the modules and matched them up with the becker topics as i thought appropriate.

Im just on Chapter 1 so have a long way to go…

Looks right, but personal financial statements I think goes in section 2. Are you using an older Becker version? There should be 10 chapters.
