I cannot find any previous post or a grouped thread here re this specific one — one of the answers may be wrong? in the Second part of the problem, The depreciable basis of the fixtures is supposed to be $11000, but Wiley shows $10,000? Can anyone care enough to explain this to me or is this just an error on wiley’s part??

ok, i just did…i've found a few more before… i'll look back and see if i can find them again as I will go through each sim at least twice. thank you.

I checked and the last corrections I have for REG SIM 29 (in June 2012) were:

Regulation 29 In the last line of the second paragraph, the hyphen should be removed after the word “number”

Regulation 29 change X to multiplication sign in the 2nd  table in the answer explanation

I will submit your question for checking.

@AnnaMay84 you were correct. The answer should be $11,000 and this will be corrected.
