Wiley Question –

Has anyone else ever had problems with the program? For me, I am unable to do the Practice Session or Take a Test b/c it’s claiming there is a Java problem, but my Java is all set up. So I’m just not sure if anyone else has experienced problems too?

Yea my Java is up to date…they wrote me back and gave me some steps to try and change some settings and it FINALLY worked!! Apparently my computer disabled something associated with the Java which is why it wouldn't work? It was something weird like that haha but it finally did work! Thanks everyone for your input and advise on this! I am currently using becker so hopefully supplementing it with this WTB will be helpful! =)

I agree with Jeff. I had problems after my computer did an update back in late November. Kept getting Java errors. Switched from Explorer to Firefox and everything worked perfect again.

ang_89 sorry about that! Java issues are complex and can be combinations of browser/OS versions and settings so it's hard to provide a universal fix as user situations vary. But trying different browsers certainly can help.

We're rolling out a new Test Bank (likely in February) that's not based on Java — precisely to avoid some of these issues. It will also be tablet optimized. Access to the current Test Bank will continue for a few months so as not to interrupt anyone prepping for a specific exam (buyers will have access to both).

Internet Explorer doesn't work well and I got Java Errors. Firefox works much better on this website for me.
