Does anyone else have problems with the Wiley test bank? I choose questions only for Financial Management, and I get Econ questions; I choose questions I haven’t seen before, but I continue to get questions I’ve already completed. Is this a software issue?

I haven't had this problem. Have you tried to reboot your computer? It may be an internal issue.

It's the online test bank. I never did the download to my PC, so there should be no gliches right? For example, I'm doing Fin. Mngt. questions now and up pops a question on marginal propensity to spend, and earlier there was a price elasticity question. Maybe Fin. Mngt. and Econ co-mingle?

I'm sorry I missed this earlier. I have been using the online test bank and I haven't had that problem. I am using Firefox for Wiley. For a while the Sims didn't work in Chrome but they may have fixed that during the last update. I haven't checked. Try a different browser and see if that works.

I haven't had the problem of mixing up different sections but I'm fairly convinced the “NEVER SEEN BEFORE” and “SEEN LESS THAN __” options don't work. I continue to see questions I know I've had multiple times.

And if you allow ALL the questions and only select 1-2 SIMs, they will always include the same SIMs. It is almost like the Test Bank has favorite questions and it always selects those.

Between that and the new ‘feature' of automatically grading my first selection even if I didn't hit NEXT, it makes for a very frustrating experience. As if studying for the CPA wasn't frustrating enough.

[Wiley CPA Exam Review]

I checked with out Product Team that reviews all Support issues and there are no “known” issues. We'll keep an eye on this and try to rule it in or out as a bug.
