Wiley test bank for those with only smartphone internet access?

I am going to get the Wiley test bank, but the biggest problem is I only have internet access through my smartphone. (I am posting this from someone else’s computer)

Would it still be recommended for someone like me?

I think so. The new version isn't perfect but works pretty well on a smartphone. While studying for REG I went out of town for a funeral and used the testbank on my phone quite a bit.
